At Akitas CAS, a small Akita kennel near Atlanta, Georgia, we are striving to produce only Akitas that would be a joy to own and a valuable asset to any family.  We fell in love with the breed in 1975 - and have NO interest in producing anything less than what we first fell in love with: a regal, intelligent, and kind dog - majestic to look at, loyal beyond question to his family members, and intelligent enough to instinctively know the difference between a threat and a non-threat.
